Goldsmith / Bench Jeweler

Manufacturing Compensation: DOE

Icebox Diamonds & Watches is now hiring for an experienced Bench Jeweler to join our team here in Atlanta, GA. Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in diamond setting, jewelry repairs, ring sizing, soldering, rhodium plating, re-shanking, re-tipping, & gold testing. Experience working with urban style jewelry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Performs own inspections
Adheres to all safety requirements
Assures tools are in clean and proper condition for usage
Maintains clean and orderly work area
Performs tasks requested by Manager/supervisor

Requirements:
Proficient in all types of jewelry repair including ring sizing, chain soldering and modifying new product to suit client requests.
Strong setting ability and skills in all setting techniques.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to respond to customer and workforce inquires
Demonstrated experience working in a team environment

Experience in preparing rough castings for setting.

Work hours:

Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:30PM (Saturday's 11:00am-6:30PM) You will be giving an additional day off during the week.
