Pawnbroker (Fine Jewelry)

Icebox Diamonds & Watches in Atlanta, GA needs a new manager to our Pawn Sales Team! We have been in business for over 40 years, have a great company culture, and fun work environment! Ideally, we are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of success in pawn buying industry. Icebox is looking for a motivated and outgoing candidate to fill the Pawnbroker/Sales associate position. The position pays hourly plus commission. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock.
Stocking and Pulling Inventory
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Processing loans, extensions, and sales
Evaluate customer’s items for loan value

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Some knowledge of Fine Jewelry buying & selling
Minimum 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to lift 25 pounds

HOURS OF WORK: Typically Monday through Friday from 10:30 am until 7:30 pm with a one hour lunch break! Hours will increase during peak seasons.

We open on Saturdays 11:30am - 6PM. *You will be required to work some Saturdays*

Hours:

Monday through Saturday 10:30AM to 7:30PM (One Hour Lunch Break) - Sales staff & some back end staff work on Saturday. Most backend staff does not work on Saturday.
