Shop Pay Installments does not charge hidden or late fees. Late or missed payments may still affect a customer’s credit or future eligibility.

How much can I spend using Shop Pay Installments?

For eligible online purchases in the United States, the total order must generally be between $35 and $30,000, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. Availability remains subject to eligibility.

Can I use Shop Pay Installments for every Icebox product?

Availability depends on the order and eligibility. Gift cards are not eligible for purchase through Shop Pay Installments.

What payment methods can I use?

Debit cards are accepted for eligible Shop Pay Installments orders. Credit-card availability can vary by plan. The supported options will be shown during checkout.

What happens if I return an item?

Returns remain subject to the Icebox Returns & Exchanges Policy. After an approved refund is processed, the refund is applied to the original payment method and the remaining installment balance is updated. Interest already paid on an interest-bearing plan is not refundable.
