Yes. Clients can bring their pieces to the Atlanta flagship for evaluation, service recommendations, and repair support. Our team will assess the item, explain the work required, and guide you through next steps before service begins. For many clients, visiting in person is the best way to get clear answers on condition, timing, and available repair options.

Yes. Icebox offers ring resizing, including complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase on eligible rings. In most cases, rings can be adjusted up or down by two sizes from the original size. Some styles, including certain eternity ring designs, cannot be resized. If you are unsure whether your ring is eligible, our team can review the piece and advise you directly.

Yes. Repair work completed by Icebox is backed by a six-month repair warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship related to the specific service performed. This does not extend to normal wear and tear, areas of the piece not worked on by Icebox, or certain excluded repair types. Our team will help clarify what is covered before your service is finalized.

Icebox products are backed by a one-year limited warranty covering substantial manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, along with qualifying normal wear and tear. Coverage does not apply to customer negligence, incidental damage, or certain stone-related exclusions. In qualifying cases, Icebox may repair or replace the item at its discretion. For watches purchased through Icebox, a one-year Icebox warranty applies in place of a manufacturer warranty.
