One-Year Limited Warranty (Product)
All Icebox products are backed by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original purchase date.
What's Covered
- Substantial manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Normal wear and tear under typical use
What's NOT Covered
- Customer negligence, misuse, or accidental damage
- Incidental damage from external causes
- Diamonds larger than 0.10ct each
Icebox reserves the right to repair or replace items at its discretion.
Two-Year Extended Warranty (Optional)
For additional peace of mind, an optional two-year extended warranty is offered on eligible purchases. This extends coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty.

Exclusions
The following are not covered under any Icebox warranty:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Modifications or repairs by third parties
- Work not performed by Icebox
- Loss or theft
- Cosmetic wear beyond normal use (scratches, tarnishing)
- Invisible set items
- Center diamond settings, prongs, or heads (repairs excluded)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Filing a warranty claim is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Get Return Instructions
If your claim is approved, we'll send detailed shipping and authorization instructions. Do not ship without authorization.
Inspection & Resolution
Once received, we'll inspect your item and proceed with repair or replacement. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
