Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to addresses within the United States using trusted carriers. All domestic shipments include:

Expedited shipping with full insurance coverage for item value.

Adult signature required at delivery for security.

In-Stock Items
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds on any purchase.
Made-to-Order Items
You may exchange your item once within 14 days of your purchase date for an item of equal or greater value.

Full custom design projects have variable timelines depending on complexity. Your concierge will provide a detailed timeline estimate during the design consultation.

CANNOT ACCEPT DELIVERY?
If you won't be available to sign for delivery, contact the shipping carrier to arrange for pickup at a local facility or to schedule a specific delivery time. Do not request packages to be left without a signature.
