You may exchange your item once within 14 days of your purchase date for an item of equal or greater value.
EXCHANGE FOR EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE
The replacement item must be of equal or greater value. If greater value, you'll pay the difference.

Exchanges must follow these rules:
- Jewelry → Jewelry
- Watches → Watches or Jewelry
- Jewelry cannot be exchanged toward a watch

- <strong>Original condition: </strong> Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
- <strong>Inspection required: </strong> All items are inspected upon return to verify condition
- <strong>Within 14 Days: </strong> Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase date
NOTE: Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
Manufacturer Issue / Ring Sizing Returns
If your item has a manufacturing defect or requires ring sizing, follow these steps:

- Directly from you: Use FedEx, UPS, or USPS with signature confirmation
- Full insurance: Insure your package for the full value of the item
- Do not disclose contents: When purchasing insurance, do not mention jewelry or watches to avoid theft risk
